The Rock Simulator is a fantastic video game adaptation of the original hard hitting, hilarious coming of age film, perfectly capturing what it means to be human in an increasing complex world. The Rock Simulator does away with traditional video game tropes, and replaces them with innovated fresh ideas. A key example of this is the Rock1: Gravity indicator. Where most games would maybe have a score counter that arbitrarily increases has you collect floating shiny objects, The Rock Simulator lets you in the on internal state of the character, truly hammering home the gravity of the situation. The sound design and visuals are easily AAA grade, an impressive feat coming the debut release from the largely unheard of studio, CautionTK games. This game is one of the greatest artpieces of the season, an experience you just can't miss. 10/10
